Under the authority of section 123 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission to make Regulations entitled "Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Regulations (Amendment)", a copy of which are on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, which will hold in abeyance for 2004 the application of the formula prescribed in section 21 of the Regulations pertaining to the calculation of the maximum compensable and assessable earnings limit, with the limit to be applied in 2004 to remain at $45,500.
