Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit $3,097,400 against its 2015-16 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the award of contracts to Puddister Trading Company Ltd.
a) for the provision of ferry services to Francois-Grey River-Burgeo, covering the period December 15, 2014, to March 31, 2016, and
b) for the provision of ferry services to Gaultois-McCallum-Hermitage, covering the period December 31, 2014, to March 31, 2016.
