Expropriation Act
Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to convey the reservation of the relocated section of the road to the lighthouse in Ferryland within the confines of the Colony of Avalon site to the Town of Ferryland for the nominal sum of $1.00.
