Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funding up to a maximum of $1,730,100 against its 2015-16 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the award of a contract to Norcon Marine Services Limited for the provision of ferry service to South East Bight until March 31, 2016.
