Expropriation Act
Under the authority of sections 3(p) and 4(1)(g) of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to expropriate the three current and former residential properties of Leo Walsh, the Estate of Clarence Costello and the Estate of Elizabeth Costello, including any related sheds or other ancillary parcels of land.
