Expropriation Act
Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to transfer administration and control of all purchased and expropriated properties at the Colony of Avalon site to the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Recreation.
