Prerogative of the Crown
Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be prepared for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, to summon the Members of the House of Assembly for the Forty-Fifth General Assembly to meet in its First Session for the dispatch of business on Thursday, March 18, 2004.
