Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 72 of the Personal Property Security Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make Regulations entitled "Personal Property Security Regulations (Amendment)", a copy of which are on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, which will provide for the implementation of a web-based Lien Check System and ensure that searching the Lien Check System by serial number is sufficient proof of due diligence.
