Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown and section 3 of the Parliamentary Secretaries Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Dave Denine as the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Human Resources, Labour and Employment, effective February 23, 2004.
