Under the authority of section 40 of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Government Services and Lands to issue a grant pursuant to Crown Land Licence E-86645, for an area of Crown land situated at Back River Pond, in the Electoral District of Placentia - St. Mary’s, to Robert E. Whitten, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such grants.
