Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Government Services and Lands to issue a licence to occupy for an area of Crown land not exceeding 99 square meters, situated near Winter House Brook, Bonne Bay, in the Electoral District of Humber Valley, to Henry Webb, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such licences to occupy.
