Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Government Services and Lands to issue a licence to occupy for an area of Crown land not exceeding 243 square metres, situated at Glovertown in the Electoral District of Terra Nova, to Elvis Feltham, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such licences to occupy.
