Under the authority of section 40 of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Government Services and Lands to issue a lease for an area of Crown land not exceeding 43.6 hectares, situated at Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s, in the Electoral District of Conception Bay East, Bell Island, to NF Fur Farm Enterprises Inc., subject to the normal terms and conditions of such leases.
