Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown and section 9 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Allan Masters as Chief Executive Officer, Forestry Service, in the Department of Natural Resources, effective March 3, 2004, with classification and salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016 and with the incumbent not to receive less than his current salary.
