Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation to pre-commit funding of up to $500,000 against its 2004/2005 appropriations for the purpose of tourism advertising in fiscal year 2004/2005.
