Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the renewal of the lease of office space occupied by the Department of Justice, Adult Probation Office, with the Emerald Zone Corporation in the Ray Whelan Building, Springdale, on a month to month basis to March 31, 2006, under the same terms and conditions and at the existing rental rate of $400.00 per month.
