Under the authority of section 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Heather Jacobs, Q.C. as the interim chairperson of the Oil and Gas Corporation, effective immediately.
