Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleasedto authorize the renewal of the lease of 340 square feet of office space occupied by the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation, Tourism Office, with Porte Village Limited, in the Porte Village Building, Lewisporte, on a month to month basis to March 31, 2006, under the same terms and conditions and at the existing rental rate of $12.45 per square foot.
