Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleasedto authorize the renewal of the lease of office space occupied by the Department of Justice, Family Justice Services, with Gander FC Realty, in the Burden Building, Gander, on a month to month basis to March 31, 2006, under the same terms and conditions and at the existing rental rate of $650.00 per month.
