Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleasedto authorize the renewal of the lease of 400 square feet of space occupied by the Department of Industry, Trade and Rural Development, with the Humber Valley Development Association, in the Humber Valley Development Building, Deer Lake, on a month to month basis to March 31, 2006, under the same terms and conditions and at the existing rental rate of $12.00 per square foot.
