Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleasedto authorize the renewal of 4,000 square feet of office and warehouse space occupied by the Provincial Information and Library Resources Board, Offices, in the Union Street Building, Corner Brook with the West NF Finance and Development Corporation, on a month to month basis from April 1, 2004 to February 28, 2006, under the existing terms and conditions and at the existing rental rate of $8.25 per square foot.
