Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to sell a parcel of land measuring 5016 square metres located at Tilley’s Road South, Kelligrews, to Walter Hennessey for $34,000 plus HST.
