Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a Licence to Occupy for an area of Crown land not exceeding 155 square metres, situated at Deadman’s Pond, in the Electoral District of Gander, to Kerry Noble, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such Licences to Occupy.
