Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a Licence to Occupy for an area of Crown land not exceeding 100 square metres, situated at New Perlican, in the Electoral District of Trinity-Bay de Verde, to William Power, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such Licences to Occupy.
