Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds against its Public Buildings Alterations Block Fund as follows: $575,000 against 2004/2005 appropriations; $560,000 against 2005/06 appropriations; $580,000 against 2006/07 appropriations; and $35,000 against 2007/08 appropriations, to facilitate the calling and awarding of tenders for the HVAC Upgrade Project for the Grand Falls Public Building.
