Further to the direction provided in MC2003-0303 and under the authority of section 8(1)(c) of the Labrador Transportation Initiative Fund Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Labrador Transportation Initiative Fund Board to approve that an additional $400,000 be paid out of the Labrador Transportation Initiative Fund for the Environmental Impact Statement for Phase III of the Trans Labrador Highway, with the project budget to be increased from $1,850,000 to $2,250,000.
