Under the authority of section 14.7 of the Student Financial Assistance Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby fixes the limit on the total of the short term loans to be raised by the Student Loan Corporation of Newfoundland and Labrador as not to exceed $250 million Canadian.
