Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown land comprising an area not to exceed 15 m² situated at Humber Village, to Brian Johnson for the purpose of a wharf, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such licences.
