Under the authority of section 37(1) of the Mineral Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ernest Boone, B.A., B.Ed., LL.B. as Chairperson, and Sherry Dunsworth, B.Sc., M.Sc., P. Geo. as a member of the Mineral Rights Adjudication Board, effective from a current date for a three year term.
