Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Sean Dutton as Deputy Minister (Acting) in the Department of Labrador and Aboriginal Affairs, effective July 5, 2004, with salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Polices and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
