Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Len Moores as Executive Director - Policy, Coordination and Strategic Direction (Forestry) in the Department of Natural Resources, effective July 12, 2004, with salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
