Under the authority of section 11 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance to enter into an administrative agreement with the Band Council of the Mushuau Innu First Nation of Natuashish respecting tobacco tax entitled "Administrative Agreement on Tobacco Tax Exemptions", substantially along the lines of the copy on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
