Under the authority of section 19 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby remits the personal income tax and the provincial component of the Harmonized Sales Tax paid by Natuashish Band members, the Band Council and Band Empowered Entities for the period January 1, 2003 to the date of establishment of the Reserve at Natuashish on December 11, 2003, subject to the payment of any outstanding provincial tax assessments.
