Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a Licence to Occupy for an area of Crown land not exceeding 1031 square metres, situated at Wild Cove in the Electoral District of Baie Verte, to the Harbour Authority of Wild Cove, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such Licences to Occupy.
