Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the extension of the lease of 3,229 square feet of office space for the Department of Justice, Electoral Boundaries Commission, located on the second floor of the Beothuck Building, St. John=s, from Beothuck Investments Inc., on a month to month basis to March 31, 2005, at a rental rate of $16.50 per square foot - $53,278.50 annually.
