Exective Council Act
Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown and section 9 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Shane Mahoney as Executive Director (Special Projects) in the Department of Environment and Conservation, effective February 23, 2004, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan.
