Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds of $534,000 against its 2004-2005 budgetary appropriations to allow it to immediately extend the present contract for Gaultois/McCallum to December 2005.
