Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 25 of An Act to Amend the Automobile Insurance Act, the Insurance Companies Act and the Highway Traffic Act to Effect Certain Reforms Respecting Automobile Insurance, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to bring the Act into force on August 1, 2004.
