Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 33(4) of the Automobile Insurance Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make Regulations entitled “Uninsured Automobile and Unidentified Automobile Coverage Regulations (Amendment)”, a copy of which are on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, which will prohibit insurer liability under the Regulations for damage that occurs while the insured automobile is being operated by an excluded driver.
