Under the authority of section 60(1)(g.1) and (g.2) of the Automobile Insurance Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make Regulations entitled “Automobile Insurance Regulations, 2004", a copy of which are on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, which will clarify net loss of income and net loss of earning capacity and set the deductible for non-pecuniary damages at $2,500.
