Under the authority of section 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy for an area of Crown land not exceeding 0.231 hectares, situated at St. Paul’s in the Electoral District of St. Barbe, to the Town of St. Paul’s, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such licences to occupy.
