Under the authority of section 107(e.1) of the Insurance Companies Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make Regulations entitled “Automobile Insurance Prohibited Underwriting Regulations 2004", a copy of which are on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, which will provide prohibited grounds for refusal of insurance and prohibited elements of an insurer’s risk classification system.
