Under the authority of section 54 of the Constitution Act, 1867, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor cause a message to be delivered to the Honourable the Minister of Finance and President of Treasury Board recommending Supplementary Supply for 2002-2003 totalling $24,215,600 and for 2003-2004 totalling $46,490,200 details thereof being set forth in the Schedules hereto.
