Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown and section 9 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Rick Hayward as Assistant Deputy Minister (Corporate Services) in the Department of Education, effective from April 26, 2004, with salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
