Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to restructure and reconstitute the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation, effective February 23, 2004, consisting of some of those functions formerly within the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation, with 3 branches as follows:

i)  Tourism,

ii)  Culture and  Heritage; and,

iii)  Recreation and Sport.
