Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency to pre-commit $150,000 against its budgetary appropriations for 2015/16 to facilitate the award of a contract to Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro to implement the residential energy conservation pilot project announced in Budget 2014.
