Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to permanently close that section of old highway reservation containing an area of 0.302 hectares, located at Barrett’s Siding, in the Electoral District of Bonavista South, and more particularly described and shown outlined on the plan marked Schedule “B” attached to the Minister’s Submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, and to subsequently transfer administration and control of the area forever to the Minister of Environment and Conservation.
