Under the authority of section 31 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2000 the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Gerard Burke as Director of Residential Tenancies and Phillip Moore as Deputy Director of Residential Tenancies, effective from a current date.
