Under the authority of section 5 of the Hydro Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Craig Tucker and Ken Marshall as members of the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-Electric Corporation, effective from a current date for a thirty-six month term.
