Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the  and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Deputy Minister of Human Resources, Labour and Employment and the Deputy Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs, to enter into the “Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Agreement on Older Workers Pilot Project Initiative”, substantially along the lines of the copy on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, and any administrative amendments to the Agreement, subject to the Department of Human Resources, Labour and Employment having funding in place prior to signing any such amendment.
